Found a picture of our house on the Forest City website (they run the housing here on base). This picture is probably a year old. That white sign in the yard actually says "Yard of the Year". That designation is a thing of the past now that Eric is in charge of maintaining the yard!

Winter Storm, pt. 2.

This is the front of our new house. I think we got about 5 inches of snow.

We couldn't keep Blue inside today. He was prancing around and kept putting his nose in the snow and flipping it up!

Winter Storm 2009

What we woke up to this morning in our backyard.

Snowball fight this morning. Abigail (and Blue) had a blast in the snow. We were bombarded at 6:30 this morning with her dressed and ready to go outside! Alex would go out in it but, after five minutes, was ready to come inside.

Snow Day!

Yesterday, it was 72 degrees and the flowers and trees started blooming.
Today, it is snowing.

It is really hard to get two kids to stay still when they are excited about the snow!

Abigail's Snuggie

If any of you have seen the Snuggie commercials, here is Abigail trying out her "new" Snuggie. Here she is playing along with her favorite cartoon on TV.

We took Alex to visit the Firestation in his firesuit.
I think the firemen got a bigger kick out of it than Alex. Here, Alex is "driving" the truck and honking the horn.

The firemen suited up to take their picture with Alex.
